I have uploaded a docusign contract this week.
They are rejecting stuff when the borrower has been married and doesn't sign with their maiden name as when the loan was originated.

BOA is one of the only lenders that don't complain about doc u sign.

Christina, BAC will reject your docusign. Needs wet signature. Don't even waste your time.

Just received an offer on my short sale listing with BOA and it has docusign
signatures. I read some of the post earlier and not really clear. Has anyone have any recent expierence with BOA short sale accepting Docusign as form of signature.

Hi Leonard, Get a copy of the appraisal and send it to your negotiator and ask for the approval price to be adjusted. You should also send an updated copy of your HUD with the sales price adjusted. They will usually adjust the approval price to the appraised price.

Help! I have a B of A 1st and 2nd Short Sale. Purchase price 110k, I have Approval in hand at 110k, FHA appraisal came back at 105k need some advice on negotiating this one, any one.
