you mentioned "escalating"  The number for escalation doesn't seem to go anywhere useful. Landed me with a research analyst who was very little help.  Gave me a fax number for customer care recover group.  I need a live person who can put some pressure on the right person to actually read the information sent to them.  Any suggestions?

Hi Kevin.  I trust you had a great start to your week.  I'm hoping you can help with a Wells Fargo issue that we've been dealing with for over six months now.  We've submitted an FHA Short Sale to Wells Fargo going on the 5th time now and have been getting no help whatsoever.  I've completed several short sales with Wells in the past and this is by far the worst.  There were problems with WF communicating what additional docs they needed through Equator... since we never received the request and no one ever told us over the phone when we would call in ever 3rd day... they cancelled the SS.

Is there any email or phone# that we can call to escallate this case?  Seller is disabled and needs to sell asap due to income & inability to function in the current home and it seems that WF could care less.  Any advice is greatly appreciated.  Thanks In Advance!  Reggie

Hi Kevin: I sent a message to Wendy, and she suggested that I get in touch with you.
Got a hard decline on an FHA SS file with WF. That's after emailing the negotiator advising that the financial worksheet had been uploaded about a month ago, I kept getting the same message. Not knowing what to do, and knowing that it would be useless to call the bank, I called up HUD instead. They asked some questions, and was given a case number. They asked that I email the 3rd party, which the rep could not locate. I would like to know, if you can offer any help?

Borrower is behind for a year aprox. andowns near $200, is a condo.She really donest want to file a BK, and wants to do the short sale, but not under this requirments. We are waitting a month to start over again the process.. what do you think?

Nothing was resolved, 2nd lien who is handling by a law firm sent me an estipulation letter asking for repayment of $41,000 at almost 9.00% interest rate, 1st lien negotiator coulnd't do anything at this respect. Borrower decided top cancel short sale process, for the moment.

South Carolina Real Estate Commission

The South Carolina Real Estate Commission will decide next week if an Agent and/Owner Homeowner can market a property (aka their own home) as a Short Sale prior to the Bank providing a blessing. I and my Listing are the test case.
