I am a newbee to All Stars..I have succesfully closed 6 ss as a listing agent...I have one now with BofA as first lien, USBANK holds second. BofA says they are expecting full approval with updated paystubs and bank statement. BofA countered the buyer and the buyer accepted through the Equator system so I feel that is well in hand. "Terry" at US bank is saying that they want 22k(Bof A max to jr lien is 3k) from closing and a reaffirmation of the balance with the borrowers current home as collatoral.(Borrower moved for job transfer-lease/purchased home for 3 years--buyer walked away leaving borrower with two mortgages --HELP!
Hello James, updated information is that as of today sometime, phone for Josh Cuykendall at Ocwen has been disconnected. See my post on phone conversation today with ombudsman Robert Coltenbach and no extensions.
Thanks, and do you have a contact number for a borrower facing a sale date? Borrower's loan mod negogiator at Ocwen had no info or knowledge that borrower has been served with a Notice of Sale date for May 10th. He's been calling India. Would one of those people already posted be the someone to contact about getting a delay?
