A Realtor for 25 years. I relocated from Massachusetts in 2003 to live in the Sunshine. I am a CRS as well have my GRI, CDPE, SFR, and ABR and SRES. I continue to learn and have always done this as the industry is an ever changing market. I specialize now in shortsales. I first started having a company handle my negotiations but found it was best for me as an agent in the field to be able to talk with the banks about the market and situation of the property. I just took the CDPE course for a second time as so much information had been added that the book was twice as large as when I first did it.
