We are working on a Bank of America DTS "approved" short sale with a Citifinancial Equity Services, Inc. 2nd. Convergent Outsourcing is handling the servicing for Citifinancial (now, I believe, One Main?). Convergent has declared that they are bound by Citifinancial's guidelines and won't even submit to them an offer that is less than $60K. Balance is around $90K.Wondering if anyone else has dealt with this outfit and what their outcome was. Thanks, as always.ChrisSee More
