We are working on a US Bank Short Sale and just got assigned a negotiator. How long have you been seeing for acceptance after getting the negotiator.

Hello All,

I have just submitted a contract to USBank 3 weeks ago and have been assigned a processor. Is this step 1 before a LM or negotiator assignment? Didn't know if anyone had similar experience. So far they have met their initial time frames which is great.

Also, are most BB&T emails, [email protected]

Give this lady a call and you should see some results.
Deb someone already stated to get in contact with the Trustee and he or she can give permission to sell the property..

Hi everyone. In need help escalating a file. We have a contract on an FHA loan, but Seller failed to disclose Ch 13 to us more than a year ago. House and arrearages are NOT in the Ch 13. US Bank says file has to go to bankruptcy dept and we can't move forward. Our atty says all we need to do is get Trustee to issue court order allowing house to be sold.

My LM has not been cooperative from the start. She has been on leave recently and various LM's "answer" her email but I don't have their emails nor phone numbers.

Anyone have a # for me to call?
