I have had excellent luck going to Twitter and asking for help.

The information for BOA Twitter can be found in the contact section.

Help!  The staff person in our office who works our short sales is having a problem with BOA, who has the 1st & 2nd lien. Negotiating with the 1st loan was reasonably smooth, but we can't get them to complete approval on the 2nd lien.  This process started several months ago before BOA implimented the "new" system.  Is it possible it is caught between the new and old system in limbo?? Both negotiator and supervisor's v-mail is full.  Any advice to escalate?  They've given us until June 1st to close and the sale date is June 11th.

Cathy: Sounds like you and I are sharing the same negotiator. I have an FHA file that was sstarted in late January and I am having the same issue. I even found a HUD escalator and got the same response. Calling the people that don't respond from your phone is not my idea of an escalation. When the supervisor's supervisor does not call back and acknoweledge your call where do you go. All my FHA files are taking 2x as long just to get into the system because of some new process. So much for the new improved BOA

I just got off the phone with BoA - the escalation tool is for in-person attendees only and not restricted to any specific region.  The email address posted below is for support with the tool - as soon as I receive the email with the access - I will share the correct address.

Although it may seem like the case, BofA is not run by complete idiots.  I imagine they are introducing the program and escalation on a roll out basis where they have a major presence/liability.  I am in the San Francisco Bay Area and there were several seminars in the area.  At some point it will be available to everyone because it is in their best interest to make it so.

It was in major metropolitan areas. I almost skipped it until Thom posted about it. BAC e-mail and called me with the invite. I think there was about 2 weeks worth in the LA OC area

I was sent an email for the escalation tool, without attending a live forum.  [email protected] this email is there in case you have problems, maybe you can email them and see if they can add you to the list.

I Agree Wendy! We certainly were not fortunate enough to have a BOA live seminar in Boise, Idaho.  Maybe they should look at agents that have closed a good number of succesful short sales with them and afford them this opportunity for contact!!!

Yup in person... they send you the link and password, 2 weeks later. I have actually had great response from the executive reolustion dept as well via phone.
