    That would be great and a time saver.  I don’t mind reviewing and using someone’s already prepared addendum, rather than constructing on my own.  Every listing I take and every sale that I have are all short sales!  I look forward to the day when we might get back to business as usual (like several years ago!).

I've only had one with PNC as the second, and was in the fortunate spot where my seller had some family that would loan him some money.

So we offered $x for the deficiency lien to go away. And they took it.

I got lucky, not many of these are in a spot where they can do that.
