I have preliminary acceptance from BoA. Awaiting variance for concessions. Lock expires next week. Need official "acceptance" letter for buyer's underwriter and the title company. Does anyone know how long the variance will take? Can it be expedited?

Copy that Katerina. Keep fingers crossed and keep working it! Donna, you got an emai from a negotiator at BOA? That is HUGE!! 3 months ago, that wouldn't have happened. Keep extending the first and keep calling them regarding the second. Keep going, with a smile on your face!

Donna- Keep your fingers crossed. I got a call tonight from Chase on a charge off account at 10 p.m. to go over the approval she is giving me on the second note. BofA today had us take a survey and seem to be trying to fix their issues. We shall see.

I have a short sale with BoA and they have approved the 1st loan but I'm still waiting on the approval of the 2nd loan.. The 1st loan is going to be expired the 2 time around and I need someone to work on it ASAP. I just couldn't believe it that a negotiator email me today and told me that they are working on it and I should hear back from them soon.
I just can't believe it... I'll wait and see what happens....

Can you share the email address of who you contacted. I heard some email addressed had changed recently. I have a B of A short sale that I will have to escalate to their office.
