I am a realtor in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and I specialize in short sales. I have been working short sales almost exclusively for over 2 years. I have a very high close ratio with my short sales and I work to stay educated any and all changes in the "short sale world". Through the years, I have worked with most of the servicers and have developed many beneficial contacts.

Darlene Krause started the discussion "Executive Office" in the group Aurora Loan Services on Short Sale Superstars

------------ If you are having problems with negotiator at Aurora you can call 866-420-3167 and let them know what the issue is and they will follow up for you.   This is the Executive Office for complaints.  The person I spoke with had access to the file and was able to see what was going on and determined that it needed to be forwarded to the Manager.  Hopefully, this will help me move this file forward.   ------------
