nope, if it's before 3 AM it's never too late.
Too late to call now?
Janie, Call me - 864-485-9283
I have an FHA short sale (non-Equator) that has been going on for way too long. We are on our third offer and it's a very good one for BofA. The negotiator has been extremely slow and mostly non-responsive until I utilized Twitter BofA_Help. BUT they simply referred her back to me and she called within the hour and got the train moving again. We then complied with everything she requested and even more with a higher offer price! She promised in writing the next review to take place Mon, 11/21/2011 and she expected to approve it then. But lo and behold, she has vanished and she cannot be found anywhere on the planet. This deal has to close by 12/31 and it's a VA buyer so we need the time with holidays to get this deal done. Short of using Twitter again to make her call me (which I think is only going to cause backlash), does anyone have a suggestion of who to escalate to?
send this to the negotiator and Freddie Mac - http://shortsalehumor.wordpress.com/.
All too true, but good for a laugh.
Hi Giuliana,
I had this same situation a few times and what I had to do was convience my sellers to hire an a certified general appraiser to do an appraisal on the house. They had to come up with the 400 dollars and there is no guarantee but an appraisal by a certified general appraiser is the only way to rebutual two bad BPOs. I was told this is freddie macs policy- My clients paid for the appraisal and we turned it into the lender with a BPO rebutal request. This worked for us and in 2 weeks we got approval for the price we needed. I have used this several times since and its worked everytime-- Just make sure you let the appraiser know this is your only offer and how long the home has been on the market and anything you feel the bpo agent is missing and why the value is less- maybe even provide the appraiser with some comps- Good luck
Please help!! perhaps i need to contact Bob Hora? because the 2nd bpo came back at the same price, 119k and the highest offer we got is 92K. Negotiator says there is nothing they can do that it is up to the investor, who is Freddie Mac. Any suggestions? I would appreciate it!
you did not get this from me - 716-204-3895- this is the AMS escalation team. Don't use it for trivial stuff, OK?
On a sad side, I found that John Ciresi, who used to handle short sale messes, seems to have disappeared in the last 2 months and there is NO replacement..
Does anyone have an escalation phone number for AMS Servicing?
Thank you Christy!
