Regarding Bank of America, I am filling out the information on the Offer and have some fields I don't know if I should put in a 0 or leave it blank. For example, they want to know what the inspections and repairs will cost.. We don't even have an accepted offer yet.

What is the PFS program? Wouldn't it depend on how much lower it would make his payments on his car? would 50.00 make a great deal of difference? Why not ask his attorney? He certainly can't say he owns a house if he wants to refinance his car because that would be lying. I still think getting it done now would be better.....best ask an attorney or financial advisor

Dawn- It the short sale lender checks his credit right before closing it can cause an issue. They certainly don't want anything good to happen to any seller, LOL! I would wait until right after the closing.

Filling out the offer on a Bank of America home on the Equator system. Does anyone know what a 1st lien per diem is? It states "enter the daily amount the buyer may be required to pay on a daily basis if the property does not close by the stated date. This is a dollar amount"

Can any bank switch a short sale approval for loan modification because seller change mind not to sale it, while settlement is set after 3 days?

Anyone ever complete a short sale with Bogman Mortgages? I'm looking for any idea on thier process and any inside tips on how to get a deal closed quickly with them. Please help...thanks!

Dawn- OCWEN- You have to go to the supervisors to get the approval back. Every time we have to go to the supervisors and managers to get anything back but we always get it back in time to close.
