Help! PLEASE!

OK. This is a scenario I have not come across. Working a HUD file with negotiator. Offer submitted with HUD1 and all necessary docs. Appraisal completed. Counter from investor. Buyer accepts counter. Ready to go to closing. File gets closed abruptly because of "timely response" submitting documents over the weekend including a holiday. File is reopened and now prior offer is recountered by investor $10k more ($95k deal). When i inquire about "WHY" I am told by the negotiator"HUD no longer owns…See More

"Jeff - VA Compromise Sales - sellers can get $1,500 relocation fee depending on the servicer, Bank of America COOP program states sellers get $2,500 to $30,000.  The agent blanket-advertising this to anyone doing a short sale is just wrong,…"

"It's just deceiving advertising, like "get up to $30,000 to do a short sale". While it only happens maybe 1 out of 500,000 times, and most certainly won't apply to the person calling, it may not actually be "false…"

Fannie Mae Value Dispute

Hello Guys and Gals!I have a Fannie Mae investor short sale that they countered back 15% over offer/value. Of course I escalated the file right to FM. I have requested a copy (on behalf of the borrower/seller's - signed and dated by borrower) of the appraisal and BPO that was done recently to determine market value.  They are refusing to send me copies because "they are for internal use only". I swear that they are required to provide that to the seller/borrower if requested. Am I wrong?…See More

MOLD, MOLD, MOLD

Please Help! I have an accepted offer subject to inspection on two (2) four plex's. During the inspection phase we discovered mold. It has been determined that in a prior offer LBPS was made aware of the mold condition but it was not disclosed to us. We are needing to contact someone above our assigned negotiator to expedite this process and we are having no luck. I'm told that LBPS has a "hazardous claims" department. Anyone know how to reach that department or does anyone have any contact…See More
