our home is your safe haven and considered as the most important place for you and your family, that's why, as much as possible you want to keep your home.  But what if the time comes when foreclosure appears to be inevitable?  Perhaps, one of the most traumatic experiences a homeowner can ever encounter is leaving the house due to foreclosure.  You've been barely struggling with your mortgage payments and definitely when you reach the point wherein you already used your resources, you don't have any choice but to face the foreclosure.  That's pretty sad. :(

WHY DO I WANT TO DO SHORT SALES?

I want to be SUCCESSFUL at Short Sales because I WANT TO BE PART OF THE SOLUTION for all of us: distressed home owners, neighborhoods and the economy.Short Sales are less detrimental to everyone.Both Sellers, and Buyers, need Real Estate Agents educated in the Short Sale process, trial and error experiences are not enough. We must understand the expectations of the Lenders and meet them.Sellers need to know there is another solution, other than foreclosure. They need to know there is someone who will help them. I want that someone to be Margaret C. Taylor.Most families are devastated at the idea of foreclosure and want to do all they can to avoid it. They may be too embarrassed to ask for help. If other options, such as loan modifications are not available to them, or if they have to move, the SUCCESSFUL Short Sale is the next best option.Buyers need an educated Agent, who does not avoid Short Sales. Titanium Solutions is currently processing Bank Of America Short Sales that are Freddie Mac loans.Bank of America has contracted with Titanium and Bank of America assigns the short sale to Titanium Solutions.So you could be months into a deal and get a call from Titanium as I did. It is supposed to help speed up the process, but no guarantee of course.You will have to sumbit the whole package again to Titanium, but they acknowledge the docs rec'd usually with in a day!You can't call and get Titanium to take over your file as the BANK is the one who determines if they send it over to them.This will hopefully be a wonderful step in helping process some these BOFA short sales over the next few months.Not sure if I can post the links, so I will have to see what Bryant and Wendi say on that.
