My name and brand in the 'Real Estate' world is Margaret C. I have been a Real Estate Agent for one and a half years. I have the knowledge to help people during the sometimes stressful process of selling and buying a home. I also wanted the knowledge to help home owners in distress. I completed the CDRS certification, Certified Default Resource Specialist, with America's Home Rescue, an excellent training. More recently I completed the SFR, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification, with NAR. I believe I have the confidence and education to assist those facing a Short Sale or wanting to buy a Short Sale property. I want to be part of the solution. I retired from the St Mary's County School System, MD, after 20 years of service as a Speech/Language Pathologist. Prior to this I lived and worked in WVa, Texas and England. I came to America with my American husband in 1970. I am a Christian wife, mother, grandmother, friend and Realtor.
