Thanks, Melisssa. It wasn't easy. I now have a new offer and we'll see where it goes.
For now it's cancelled. Seems to take an Act of Congress to get anything done with BOA.
I am wondering if it's getting better for anyone else. I'm over a year now with this short sale.
Third offer at much less money.........
