  I have now taken courses at Harris Real Estate University on Short Sales, Loan Mods, and I am still taking their REO classes. They had recommended Titanium as a source of business and when I applied, the area manager, Ashlee Domingo is my area manager; maybe she is yours as well. When I talked to her, she sort of glossed over their program but she was delighted that I was interested in working with Titanium and she convinced me to sign up for their training course. Upon reading their manual, I was completely turned off by their requirement that an HRC agent make at least 3 surprise house calls before calling them on the phone. I never make a house call unlesss I first make an appointment. I especially would not want to do that to a distressed homeowner. It happened to one of our loan mod clients on New Year's Eve and they were immensely upset! What has been your experience?
