I sent an e-mail to CEO yesterday about the drawn out process (we are at 6.5 months) and the negotiator and customer service talking to an unauthorized third party about the file. Forwarded the e-mail to one VP that has been trying to help all along (when we would e-mail him) and the new negotiator. Got my approval today!!!!

you can google, email address for BOA top execs and send them ALL emails. i did it and it works. someone will hear your cry! (smile)

I recognize the working with bankers, lawyers, realtors, appraisal, home inspectors, and the list goes on and on. Lets help one another to make the best of what is laid out before us and make the string of things that happen be shorter and stronger.

Well the one I had that went south monday...supposedly trustee sale was tuesdaay was not going to be postponed and it was......postponed to April 30 so I emailed bofa last nite and throughout today, on the offer they said they would not accept apparently was relooked at and the first has approved short sale subject to the 2nd lien which unfortunately has MI, I found out today about MI but the seller can do a small note....so we will see what happens......said it would be about a week.

I also went thru Moynihan office......Ours was submitted first of December and then got lost in the shuffle on Equator....I had escalated twice..Everything was uploaded in Equator that they wanted but for some reason the first negotiator did not follow thru.......

I just wanted to point out that I googled and sent an email to any name that I found that seemed to be management or higher. I also sent an email to a couple of the Bank of America board members, lol. I did not care what they did for Bank of America, I just knew that they could forward it to the right person.
