Has anyone been paid more than 5% from US Bank?  They show as the investor, too.

Well I have still not heard from the FHA negotiator - when I called this morning the call center said "I see where an urgent email was sent to the negotiator since you have to close with this buyer by Aug. 31 but there is no response from her" this is just a nighmare....

Situation, US Bank was able to schedule an extremely fast foreclosure auction on one of my short sale listings. I just received an offer but the auction is on July 28th! Does anyone have an escalation contact for US Bank. Feel free to PM me if you don't want it out in the open.

Why the hell does US Bank only pay 5% commission? Also came back way to high on price, any ideas on getting price down besides sending comps. You know anyone I can call higher up. They are almost being made whole on this transaction I am doing. Buyer bailed on me with high counter, He was cash.
