I never had to deal with FHA. Do you know it is FHA when you take the listing? Does the borrower usually know? Or is it the servicer who tells you?

Deborah, try [email protected] . Rozalynn helped me close a short on 10/30/09 on a US Bank 1st FHA/HUD. She was good to work with but I think she only works FHA/HUDs. Not certain. Give it a try and maybe she can at least point you in the right direction! ;-)

Has anyone had success with US Bank loan mods? I have a client that has a Pacific National loan. US Bank just took them over a couple of weeks ago so they asked me if I knew of any success stories on a loan mod? THANKS!

My experience was basically par for the course with USBank on an FHA short. Took a while to get file completed with processor; but, once it got to the negotiator things progressed nicely. Got it closed and everyone was satisfied/happy ;-)

Hi Anna, Going OK. The one I have with them is an FHA so I'm still waiting on the appraisal.
I recently closed one with US Bank that was also an FHA and it went very smooth.
