@ Kylee: thanks :) Took care of the mishap by getting Twitter team involved 2 times. She will have to muddle thru her equator biz on her own now. I will make sure she has her laptop @ Closing so she can upload the Assignment of Unearned Premium; Signed Appvl Letter and certified HUD; while we are right there.

Yes Wiring Instruct are on Appvl Letter. They have some other instruct they are sending

@Anna--omg, I feel your pain! If on the phone with Twitter doesn't work, could you set up a mtg with this other agent at her office and walk her thru it while she's on her Equator file? Such a waste of your time, but not really! Also, I bet you could call B of A Short Sales and try to get the wiring instructions? Or have the closing attorney/title person call? Just a thought.

Yes, I know it's on the HUD; which is why I know she doesn't know what she is talking about. lol That's my point. lol He lack of understanding  and inability to communicate the instructions she is getting-accurately-keeps holding us up. @ Kylee: That''s what I told the Listing Agent. Thing is she is clueless and never relays the info correctly. I have already sent DM to twitter Team. .I have asked her repeadly to send msg to twitter team.-to no avail-so I have to keep tweeting to have them to direct her insofar as what I need. I an in GA No wiring instructions on appvl letter. We get that 5 days before closing which was yesterday.  thx. Just wanted to make sure I was not crazy in that they cannot be asking for a net to  seller. Should I give her the Closing Atty's appvd HUD in Excel so she can upload it? Can;t she upload the PDF.

 

The other issue is that the neg has a problem with $#65 increase in taxes. B
