Sherry- I don't know any banks that don't want a financial sheet.

Thanks, Ken. That's what I figured.

I'd go ahead and submit it Sherry as it's never a bad thing to have too much info and it's always bad to not have enough. Also, I think it was just an oversight on the rep's part. ;-)

Talked with BOA rep Friday, 1/15/10. He did not tell me to have the financial statement included in the SS pkg. Do I do as he says or the list on this site?

Yes, Jim- while the banks and the Fed Reserve get to keep their worthless toxic swaps, paper and derivatives floating around- we are all the ones who get stuck with the mess they leave behind while they keep inventing new worthless derivatives. Have you seen the new ones they want to trade in now at our expense? Be careful what your mutual funds are getting into. Question , question and question some more.

Anna- I don't take it the wrong way. I like the word 'love' and use it often. It makes humans feel good to hear they are loved.

Yes, I do have a coaching business. I do agent/mortgage broker and other entrepreneur coaching/consulting. ( not the same thing:)) I am building a coaching website this year. I do most of my coaching on and through my Active Rain blog right now. I also teach SEO and do a webinars for that as well as help Realbird with their webinars.

BOFA reassigns file SAME DAY to the SAME NEGOTIATOR, and they start his clock ALL OVER for another 20 business days. Nonsensical.

P.S. Have you considered doing 1-on-1 coaching?

We have hardship short sales. We have investor short sales. Why can't we just have underwater short sales?

It works for the banks when they dump their own underwater commercial properties.
There is nothing strategic about any of these seller decisions.

Strategy might better have come before. It hopefully will ensue in the future. But it doesn't apply now.

The bankers love the term "toxic assets". Maybe we could call all short sales "toxic asset sales". "Short" has rarely been applicable anyway.
