I received a BofA approval through Equator in less than 10 weeks. It has deficiency language in it which I have requested to have removed. Hopefully we'll keep moving foward from here. It's California purchase money which is non-recourse.

I'm looking for a copy of the Bank of America "Disclosure Packet" (NOT a short sale package) that the lender has to mail to the homeowner in the EQUATOR system. Does anyone have a blank copy or one they can scan high quality and email to me? I'd REALLY appreciate it.

Lots to go into, contact me off of [email protected]. I have 2 contact names and can go over more of the program....the 2 contacts told me about it roughly 6 weeks ago on that big call concerning the HAFA program...seemed like a HUGE opportunity for any agent doing short sales....I would be all over it if I were an agent here in the Washington DC area......

Not COMPLETELY true....it is part of a program being inititaied by Wells

As part of the program, Wells is going to have designated agents in ALL major cities (they are in CA, one in Vegas and one in Chicago currently) where they will actually give designtaed agents lists of owners that are at least 30 days late, have these agents knock on the doors and discuss options with the owners, INCLUDING possible short sales.....GREAT list to be on.

Just on another bank .. I just couldn't believe this.. That Wells fargo contacted my seller and told them to so a SHORT sale.. .. since they missed two payments... The banks now are telling the client to do a short sale and they will get an approval within 30 days once they have the buyer...Do you believe this.... unreal....

Dawn, see if you follow that blueprint. It works. I have gotten calls from over 20 people since I joined this group. They are emailing success stories all over the place. Pass all the info along. Each one Teach one. Since BOA wont get off their Asses, they will be threatened by US. Great way to stick together. I will help anyone I can. BOA put me through HELL since October. Great work Dawn!

Dawn -- You Go Girl!!!!! BIG things and troubles are in store for B of A in the next few months concerning their Fannie and Freddie loans......higher ups are starting to manuever concerning the short sale BS and unnecessary short sale time frames that cost Fannie and Freddie additional funds.....hang in there guys........Fannie and Freddie programs to compliment HAFA will FINALLY have consequences for B of A if they play games!!!!!!
