Tasks received today, finally, day 3. Perhaps another new dance for B of A short sales....tasks coming a few days later, not minutes later. Cami....David Sunlin and Brian T Moynihan at B of A as well, if not a Real Estate Attorney. Remember you're dealing with clerks at Equator and on the phone, ya gotta go higher to team leads and management--they'll see the light if you can find a way thru.

Bring this to the attention of John Ciresi to see if he can do anything about this. This is deplorable! There has to be something that can be done. His email address is [email protected]. After all, they say that they are the bank of AMERICA for crying out loud!

This one takes the cake! I have a military PSC relocation (which should be hardship in itself) declined because they are still current (because he has to have good credit to maintain security clearance) and have a decent credit score. This man is serving our country, now lives two states away and B of A thinks this isn't a hardship! B of A at its most shameful!

B of A'ers! Have you run into this, and how do I correct or what to expect?
I had a SS sale w/ B of A canceled, as buyer backed out. Now with a new buyer, I initiated SS on Equator. Rec'd first task to upload 3rd Party Authorization, did that. Expected the rest of the tasks to pop up, like usual, but....nothing! Talked to SS customer service, who says the letter is in review, and the rest of the tasks will follow? Been 36 hours now, and nothing...and I've been authorized on the account for months, and even SS Cust. Service confirms that and talks to me about the account.
Is this a newly operating Equator thing?
