The regulator for Fannie and Freddie announced today that Fannie and Freddie will align their guidelines for handling delinquent mortgages. So, Fannie/Freddie short-sales program will be the same.
Also, no "dual track". No foreclosure during the short-sale process.

they are both in office of president and ceo. also like other people are doing send a tweet to bofa, also look up if its a fannie mae loan, send a tweet to them, the social networking aspect does work and gets attention.

Who's got the most recent email addresses of the executives at Bank of America?
The Equator system is far from flawless. The set up
specialists are uncaring, unhelpful, unresourceful. Would rather close a file than to work with agents in correcting a misspelling.
Tasks are late being assigned.
Negotiator goes on vacation --- file sits untouched by the "back ups".
File was "transferred" but documents didn't.
Difficulty in uploading the files...not intuitive. "Upload" button doesn't appear after you "browse" for documents.
And on, and on and on!
45 days after the offer was submitted....still no approval. Did Bank of America even improve after all this time?

you mean the assignment of unearned premium letter? it's usually generated by the lender.

It sounds crazy but any time I have a problem with a BofA file, I contact their social media (PR) department on Twitter and it gets resolved THAT DAY. I created a Twitter account just for this purpose. Their twitter account is BofA_help

Anyone have upper management numbers for BOA? I have a nightmare file with them and can not get any clear answers from the short sale department. The negotiator is extremely rude and will not work at resolving anything.
