Hi Thom- I have worked with DTS many times and have a few files with them now. Typically when your file gets transferred to them the owner can qualify for a co-op short sale with Bof A. They have been great to work with - Give me a call 602-621-1428 and I can give you some contacts that may be able to help get your file moving quickly.

Anyone have any experience with DTS for BofA. My 2.5 year old file starting our 9th Buyer just got assigned to DTS. Thanks!

Any one familiar with NDS ..they are working a BoA HAFA short sale..just look like they keep changing their process.

Thom a rep called me today and asked if I was aware of the symposium. I said I was and left it at that. I know I had an email from them too I'm going to look back through my emails. Crap. Did they say what would happen if you have an offer in with digital sigs? I'm in negotiations phase on the only one I have with esigs.
