oops did my math wrong, = 4 hrs.

OOhhh! I want that job! I think it was more like 6 hours around here. Drive to our listing= 1.5 hours, drive back home 1.5 hours- research 1 hour, bpo form, 1 hr. Oh yeah, $10 an hour, just why I got into real estate LOL!

Yes but they got paid $40.00 to spend 2 hours on a BPO :)

Jeff, same thing here. The Landsafe folks were really out in la la land!

Stripping them of BPO and appraisals has been a good thing in my area. They were using Landsafe and the agent(s) one in particular in my area was overvaluing properties by at least 20% everytime. Had a condo that was clearly a 130,000 condo at best with comps to show it and the BPO came in at 152,000. That was happening too many times..

It may not be owned by BofA- it will depend on how much of the transaction they do in that system. Freddie stripped BofA of all appraisals and bpos. So if that is being done from the system either they won't input Freddie files in the system or it is not owned by BofA. :)

Come on Wendy, have some faith :) How can it get any slower?

Cannot wait for my next BOFA to try out the system... Hope it does not slow them down any more in the transition, though. BET it will!

I would suspect that REO TRans may be owned by BofA or one of their cronies. Sorry to hear about your contacts being fired, I am sure you will find another
