What is VA currently allowing on junior liens? I have a first with Chase of $133k and HELOC with SunTrust of $13,000.

$1500 per VA Circular. It's optional on the part the Lender/Servicer.  The VA does not demand it be offered.

I've had several VA short sales approved with $1,500.00 in relocation assistance.  I've never seen more than that on a VA loan.

Anyone know where I can find info on VA Compromise Sale?  Wells Fargo is the servicer. I'm wondering if there is a # of days payments have to be late? Is there a site where all of the requirements are laid out and process is explained (like in an FHA preforeclosure sale.  Thanks for your help.

Has anyone done a NON-Arms length VA Compromise Sale with Chase? I've just been "informed" by our buyers that they are the seller's parents.
