I am a Realtor, both CDPE & SFR Certified, from the Hampton Roads area in Virginia. (Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk & beyond). I am very active in the military community and spend a great deal of time educating people on the pros & cons of short sales vs. F/Cs. I have done many short sales & have great success with them. I work with both buyers & sellers, relocations, military txfrs, 1st timers, oceanfronters, 2nd homers, new construction, land development & of course....Short Sales & FCs. I love my job and helping people, although it can be hard at times with the short sales, I'm happy to have the knowledge & experience that I do so I can successfully negotiate them & get them closed.
