Wells Fargo won't Stop Forclosure

Does anyone have an escalation contact at Wells Fargo? I have a VA backed loan under contract, the property is scheduled to be foreclosed upon on the 15th and Wells Fargo is saying that they won't stop the foreclosure due to the proximity of the Foreclosure date.Thank youSee More

VA Appraisal Too High-

My seller is facing foreclosure because the VA appraisal came in too high and WF advised that VA does not allow value disputes. Has anyone run into this issue? I am trying to contact the VA to see if I can get assistance from there. The appraisal is good till April, but foreclosure is scheduled for mid March.Thank you in advanceSusanneSee More

Nationwide Credit Inc Escalation Contacts?

I have a short sale that has Nationwide Credit Inc as a second. They are owed 27+k, but want $7700 from the first lien holder. First offered $3000, which is more than generous. Second will not accept, nor go to investor to get a counter. Does anyone have escalation contact info?I'd appreciate any help I can get.See More

Nationwide Credit Inc.

Services loans for Ocwen.  You start off submitting your short sale package to Ocwen and then surprise to get handed off to Nationwide Credit Inc. who in my opinion are much better to deal with than Ocwen.See More
