Do you know who the investor is? Freddie or Fannie?
Does anyone have a number of someone I can email to get a Wells Fargo deal moving that has been stuck with a negotiator who consistently is behind on task and the buyer getting ready walk. I have escalated a few time and no luck. Any help will be appreciated.

Thank you for your comment Jim. We went down that road already. FHA is even worse. They told us that the homeowner is now longer eligible for short sale since the ATP has expired. Now they MUST do Deed in Leiu, which is almost as bad as a foreclosure.
