After working in the title and escrow field for nearly 25 years, I recently obtained my real estate license. While most agents admittedly do not enjoy working on short sales...I do. For years I have worked directly with lenders...and at one time, escrow was the one who negotiated the short sale, so this has been a perfect fit. I know the lender talk and understand the importance of getting them what they need when they need it.

I know, I know, anyone reading this has got to be saying...yeah right..a painless short sale? But it is true that a short sale can be painless provided that rules are followed and a few tools are used.

Would you mind to share with me the contact of upper management of Service Link. They denied our file because they anticipated REO will net more than short sale due to property will increase in the future. They want 393K and our offer 375K at 100% BPO. We are 18K different.
