New Forms are up, Thank you, Celeste. If there are other changes, let me know. Wells Fargo has more forms changes than most other short sale lenders. My own document file for them is huge!

The WF hardship package -new uploaded on here is one that is filled in, not a blank one. Can you get that off and upload a blank one that they can use?

Just looked at my Short Sale Affidavit and it is a GSE Version. So they must have updated both of them. I will send it to Wendy to upload.

Their new Short Sale Affidavit is not only for FHA, but for all loans. I just had to do one where the seller had a conventional loan.

Wells Fargo has a new form - Homeowner Assistance Form. When you get a task to upload "Hardship Letter," believe it or not, they really mean they want you to upload the "Homeowner Assistance Form" WITH the backup documentation based on the Hardship that was checked off in Section 2 of that form. And, if you don't understand what they are telling you and it gets rejected once, you have 3 more tries to get what they're saying right. If you get 4 rejections of the task, then they deny the short sale. So, if you do what I mention in the first sentence, you won't get any rejections. Scan it all together as one pdf to uplaod (Homeowner Assistance Form, Documentation, and Hardship letter). That's it. So, if you have any Sellers with Wells Fargo, go ahead and get this new form for them to fill out so when you get the task, you're one up in their game.
