same deal here. I spoke to customer service and she e mailed a supervisor in her department to contact a manager in negotiators office along with the negotiator. Customer service said she can see that no one is responding to anything, and would have her manager deal with it, and I should call back in 48 hours! of course I will call tomorrow..

Does anyone have an escalation number for Wells Fargo. The person working on the short sale will not call me back nor will his supervisor. We don't want to loose the buyer as we are not short much on the loan......should be an easy short sale but has not been due to the lack of communication on Wells Fargo's part. Thank you!

I have a short sale with Wells Fargo that has been on and off- meaning, 3 offers, acceptance from Wells Fargo, but they keep on asking for a promissory note or contribution. My client was ready to do a DIL last year, but Wells Fargo told him to try a short sale again. Got the buyer. Accepted WF counter-offer. Now they are asking the seller a big contribution again. Anyone who knows where I can turn to?
