Please complete, sign and return the Request for Transcript of Tax Return (IRS Form 4506-T) for each borrower (borrowers who filed their tax returns jointly may send in one IRS Form 4506-T signed and dated by both of the joint filers).
Please return a signed and dated copy of the most recently filed Federal Tax Return with all accompanying schedules
Please return a signed and dated Hardship Letter.

To get the latest short sale package from PHH mortgage, your customer needs to establish an account online. Go to: http://mortgagequestions.com This is where you create the account. (It will require name, SSN, loan #, birthday, email, password, and three security questions, such as elementary school, pet's name, highway closest to your house, street you grew up on, etc.) Once this is established, it has his or her account information and you can print out the short sale package. I had to print it out and then scan it in -- couldn't seem to save it directly from the site. An alternative to faxing in the package is to email it to: [email protected] .

Is anyone doing a Short Sale with PHH at this time? (10/2016) It seems all the comments are old... I've got one and I have a case manager that is absolute terror by the name of Katherine Katz. The paperwork I send in is NEVER in the file.. or she says she doesn't have it. I always have to direct her to when it was sent in. We are asking for a DIL. (can't get an offer for a SS)...
I have not recently had a PHH short sale. The last one that I did have, I can tell you that it was brutal and it took me about 9 months to close. But it did close. I know this isn't much help, but I feel your pain.
Is there a way to escalate the file? I can't get past the supervisor and he's no more help than the single point of contact.
Any new escalation names or numbers for PHH? I'm convinced they do not know what they are doing. Have had a negotiator for 2 months and no response from him whatsoever. Buyer is getting tired of waiting and wants to walk. Thanks.

I tried contacting Kevin Diller and did not receive any response. The negotiator has not responded to calls and emails for over a month. I am in NY and a tree fell on the vacant house during the Hurricane in Oct. Anyone have another contact to escalate my file or a dept I can call to get this resolved.
