LOL - thanks for the laugh Joe!  well said!

Terry, it seems often the low involvement and IQ of the "specialists" now employed by the servicers are more likely to be issue - not enough jobs for gum chewing phone texting "agents" at the DMV to take them all. It just happens to nicely play into the servicers' desire to frustrate agents to minimize short sales.

Wow, this is getting very frustrating. We have closed many short sales with Wells Fargo/ASC & this one is dragging on - think due to market change!?  Today they asked for another updated hardship affidavit - 4th time & bank statements from Seller.  Are you experiencing these seemingly stall tactics?

Thank you everyone. Wells Fargo ended up re-opening a new task and it finally took the HUD.

I've had issues with tasks registering in the past.  Make sure you use equator and make sure the 'Compatibility Mode' icon is selected (in the URL bar).

Wendy, this is a problem with Equator - they have had this issue forever. Some browsers on some systems will look like they work except nothing is uploaded. In WF, you can't tell since they hide just about everything, in BofA, you can look and see that the file isn't there. A workaround is to use the bulk upload. It does not have this problem. Otherwise, try a different browser - chrome is the one that I use on one particular system.

Thank you, guys! We will try it!

Wendy - I know this goes without saying but make sure the doc is in a pdf format and that you are using the correct browser which changes from time to time.

Thank you for that clarification, it is for closed transactions.

Wendy, it is not a trick.  Sometimes does not notify you it was accepted.  Sign out and back in again.  Check your tasks and see if it was accepted.
