Heather, if the other offer came in first, they work with that one until it closes or cancels.

HELP, My client submitted an offer in December, it was a CASH offer for the BPO price of 330K, the other offer was 309K.  The negotiator countered the other offer for 311K, WHAT THE .....  We need a supervisor to call and get this settled, we need them to replace buyers and get this right in the next 24 hours otherwise the other buyer is going to get the property.  I AM SOOO MAD, please anyone a supervisor number????

Closed on my WF one loan and not on Equator- went very well and fast- no questions on the offer amount (sent a listing price history). Seller  was asked for $3000 at close, declined that offer and it was approved with zero at close.

Patti I just closed on with WF with a 1st and 2nd with them.  It went pretty well once the process got stared by them. You're on equator, right?  You can upload new listing info etc there.  Once you've assigned NEG they'll let you know what you need to upload.  It was all on equator which makes is so much easier.  Good luck!

I know this is an age old question, but have been fortunate, so far, not to have a short sale listing with Wells Fargo.  There are 2 mortgages, both through WF.  Listing is now active for 1 week.  Do I submit anything to WF at this point or wait for an offer first?  I get conflicting information...

@Wendy the phone number for the Presidential office is 1-800-853-8516.  I had to call them on a file.....worked wonders!  Good Luck.

Wendy.  Wells has an Office of the President (or similar name), probably a carrel in a call center with a cardboard sign hanging from the divider.

I've mailed to the likes of Mike Heid, Cara Heiden and John Stumpf.  For me, it needs to be egregious.

Some one reads this email at major bank.  Download the annual report and Google.

anyone have #s or email for escation at WF?  I have a negotiator insisting on documents that do not exist.  This negotiator has the "submit docs or else.." attitude

Guys, if you're concerned CROSS out what you don't like and initial.  That's what I do.  I've changed the addendum to state I have a fiduciary responsibility to the SELLER, initialed and sent it.  It was kicked back once and once went right through.  I spoke to my lawyer who said to get a print screen off equator of the conversation from the negotiator telling me to change it.  That way if I ended up in court I had PROOF that I sent it in the correct way, but was forced to change it in order to close the property.
