Do I just talk to who ever answers at that number?  I have sent them by fax the offer and other docs and they did confirm receiving them.  Thanks

For offers received that close to the Foreclosure Date Wells Fargo works them outside and Equator. Fax them in and escalate to (877) 841-5301.

Anyone know of a way or person to escalate a short sale that was kicked out of the system because it didn't have an offer.  Foreclosure has been rescheduled for Monday.  Got an offer and resent all documents on the seller and purchase, but they won't reinstate it because it's too close to sale date.    Anyone ever been successful at this??

Wells Fargo / VA Loan

Closed a fairly smooth short sale transaction here in SF Bay Area.  It took Wells over 2 months to assign a negotiator, but once assigned, everything went very quickly.  They have only certain negotiators who work on the VA compromise Short Sales. Fast response to emails, fast response to request for extension for buyer's loan docs ....

URGENT HELP NEEDED! Have a file in WF and the oh-so great customer service line keeps switching up the info. First file has been submitted to investor for review, then it's still being reviewed by negotiator to see if it meets investor guidelines. In this long drawn out process one of our sellers has passed away.  I need an upper level contact for an escalation.  This negotiator has had this file since 9/20 -- I am beyond irritated and need to get this file approved ASAP to help the other seller move on. Please help!

You're welcome. I have 6 WF files and so far the Affidavit is the only one they've required 'wet signatures' on but all signatures do not have to be on the same page, btw.
