Wells Fargo just provided me with one yesterday.  It was FHA version 1.0

Wells is asking for a new version 1.3 of the FHA Short sale addendum..have not found it so far..

Ludora, yep there sure is a way to contact FHA directly.  Contact the HUD National Servicing Center at 877-622-8525.  You'll have to send over an LOA signed by the seller, giving HUD permission to talk to you.  Email the LOA to [email protected], then wait 24 hours and call in and request that they open a ticket for a HUD Specialist to help with the situation.  The Specialist will usually contact you within 3 business days and/or contact Wells directly and report back to you.  Make sure you tell HUD that Wells is putting the blame on them...they don't like that AND that there's a foreclosure date imminent!  I've used HUD directly TONS and they almost always come through.  Good luck!  :)

HELP?? I've been trying to re-initiate a FHA short sales thru Wells Fargo for over 60-days now. I'm getting the run around every time I call in they say they will send FHA an email to take a look at re-opening the file -to date "nothing" has happened. Now my Seller has gotten notice of a Foreclosure Sale date for Dec. 11th... Is there any way I can reach out to FHA directly? Is there a contact to get a file expedited?
