Hi, Does anyone know a trick to upload  a HUD to Wells Fargo in Equator. We start the task, but it doesn't finalize taking the document. Thank you!

Fannie Mae’s HAFA program expired on 12/31/2012. If a HAFA agreement was executed prior to 
the program expiration date, the transaction must be closed or settled on or before 9/30/2013 in 
accordance with Part VII, Section 610 of the Servicing Guide.

I looked up some current information on the Fannie Mae website and it says that they extended the deadline until December 31, 2013?

Hi all....I am working on a Wells Fargo FNMA short sale.  This is what the negotiator just told me.... "Wells Fargo is not doing HAFA per Fannie Mae and the new stuff they rolled out."

My seller will qualify for HAFA and she is telling me that they are not doing HAFA?  Is this true?  I just called Fannie Mae and they told me they did not know anything about this?  Please let me know....thank you!

Sorry I just posted on the wall the approval letter was dated 3-27-13 not 2-27-13.

Staci, you don't need to waste time finding the FHA case #. HUD people have no problem finding the property by address. Send in your authorization to HUD and they can give you the number. I assume you want to talk to them, anyway - to see who is really flagging this, etc.
