also, many Buyer lenders are now asking for the letter for loan approvals, your call on whether or not "share", we always have as I have yet to see any harm in not doing so

some investors initiated HAFA and HAFA type programs as early as December of 2009.....many FHA short sales will allow a $1500 moving allowance if you ask for it. Either way, GREAT JOB AND REALLY hope your Seller appreciates your going to bat for them!!!!

An interesting surprise on the short sale verbally approved prior to the new HAFA rules..they added the 1500,00 sellers moving allowance to the demand letter!

the buyers loan officer has asked for a copy of the demand letter. This is to the seller, not the buyer, and I am wondering if the lender truly needs more than the HUD and pa, if I would be breaking fiduciary duty by giving it to him?

If you would like to copy me on that, I would appreciate it! I have been trying to break into their system for three years, my mortgage contact can't even get me into Pas,, she gets the same answer, they have enough brokers and will let us know when more are needed. I would much prefer short sales to reos!

I get more information and direction on this site than any of the classes I have taken..short sales are like quicksand, and this site is the stick to hold on to! thanks everyone!
