Very interesting Wendy.  I've been told over and over by Wells Fargo that they will not accept electronic signatures....

GOOD NEWS!!  apparently WF's rule of only 2 ext isnt true!!  in the last hour last friday, I used the awesome jigsaw.com and got a hold of about 16 executives including my favirote: Mindy Engibous   Escalation Liaison

she made it possible and now i have the ext i need, and we are closing next week!!

Lesson learned:  dont give up even after the third NO!  This is the outback!!  We make our own rules!

yesterday I was told that legal wouldn't accept my authorization as the whole ss number was on it, not just the last 4!?!?!

New one from Wells Fargo.."Our department has received new compliance instructions. Read only copies of documents for blurry signed documents are no longer allowed by our investor. Please consider getting electronic signatures on a clear copy of the blurry documents and sending in .pdf format."

Here is a new one for you all...

I just recieved the Short Sale approval letter from ASC WF who holds the junior lien. In the pay off amount of $8k. When we never negotiated for $8K. I let the negotiator and all the managers know that the Senior is only paying $5k which is more than some Seniors offer. They state that is all the investor will approve. I CC everyone  I could plus all their managers for a resolution. Now I am locked out of secure emails. What the...

Working with Wells Fargo for the second time. First time was a breeze, but that was nearly a year ago. This time around, they are being huge pains with this FHA/HUD PFS short sale. They are asking for the second lienholder (BofA HELOC) to approve a short payoff of the $2500 as allowed by FHA PRIOR TO ISSUING ATP! In the past, we always got ATP where they told us their minimum net and once we got an offer, we'd work with the second lienholder and send them to ATP and they'd approve the $2500 payoff. Anyone else having this problem? BofA won't agree to the $2500 payoff without ATP.

They changed their rules in November to only allow 2 extensions.  I had one fall apart in December where the second was WFHE and they still refused to extend.  Not my favorite bank...

OK, I have'nt had any problems with WF before, but after working with them to approve a short sale, and 2 approval extentions while we had to wait for the 2nd (SLS) to play along.  we have to request 1 last ext for about 15 days and our neg said NO!  Absolutely not!  So, when they are getting top dollar for this property, and i have been holding the seller off from filing BK for weeks WF dosnt want to give me an ext for 15 fricken days!!  Does anyone have some good corporate emails or PH #'s???  i need to take this to the next level ASAP!!

Anyone having issues faxing to the 866-969-0103 number? I haven't been able to get anything through in days.
