On HAFA Short sales- Has anyone else found Wells Fargo to be inconsistent on what they say they will cover for closing costs - depending on who is processing and approving the file? I want to make sure my Seller and Buyer reap the benefits of getting the maximum closing costs covered with the bank's proceeds.

Wendy, After working with Wells Fargo on several files I can say w/o reservation they are the most difficult to work with. You have truly earned every cent by closing a Short Sale with them.

I'm working to hold off Trustee Sale today. I'm in touch with everyone and we are all in agreement to postpone ... STILL, I'm not letting up until the TS manager says is has happened.

Kevin - This is the worst laundry list I've ever received from Wells Fargo. I've never done an electronic signature. I have sellers in two different out-of-state locations, the buyer the same. They are now going to "close" the file if I don't get them the copy in a week. They won't even accept an express mail hard copy.
