not really..took a veryyyy long time to get the atp, then moved along quickly. made sure to ask for variance early, but knew it was within the net requested. i tried filling out the variance myself, if nothing else to show that I knew it existed..negotiator called when the seller paids were denied, I asked if variance was requested..she laughed and said it was going in that day..and voila! congrats on yours today also!
Victoria- I have a WF FHA/HUD coming up soon. Any newer changes on these??
negotiator called late Friday to say we will have approval on an FHA with seller paids ok'd. I asked for the variance right up front, it took 3 days from time of our 'denial'..but I had made the form out already for her..she was quite nice..
yeah- Got a WF approval letter today, so exciting. Not bad at all!!!
I've had good experience with calling the investor, once the servicer is doing something dumb, unfortunately, we're at that point.
Does anyone know if there is a different number to call into if Wells Fargo is the investor, but NOT the servicer?
The Preforeclosure Sale (PFS) Program allows the Mortgagor in default to sell his/her home and use the net sale proceeds to satisfy the mortgage debt even though these proceeds are less than the amount owed.

I can't recall...does FHA guidelines allow seller to pay for termite (how much) or does it come out of the borrowers incentive?
