Kathy Deal;

In my opinion Chase is failing miserably at the Equator platform and I have had to call them the next day after uploading any newly required docs.

I suggest dog them out every day by telephone until satisfied.

I have a short sale that I have been getting bounced around with Chase.  Chase countered the buyer, the buyer accepted and then NOTHING....

The supervisor contacted me on the file to update sellers docs in equator and I am in jeopardy of losing buyer because they aren't doing anything now.  Any suggestions?  I really appreciate this forum.  You guys are so helpful

@Wendy, you're welcome.  If that doesn't work, get in touch with me.  I have a few other tricks up my sleeve.

@Joy - thank you! I will call them!

@Wendy - HUD's National Servicing Center 877-622-8525.  You can open a "ticket" and sic FHA on Chase.  If that doesn't work, friend me and I have other numbers/email addresses that might help.

Calling Chase escalation line. I think over 5 months and no FHA ATP issued is a problem.
