Working here in Silicon Valley. San Jose, Morgan Hill, Gilroy. I have handled 5 short sales this year, two back in 2008 and my own short sale foreclosure back in 2007. I am currently negotiating with Chase, BofA and US Bank. I have been able to keep my commisision at 6% and save my buyers $15K in closing costs even when the appraisal came in 15K less. I have a property I am preparing to do a short sale on. It is in Las Vegas. Is there any realtor in SSS who has good experience in short sales in NV? I have been doing short sales and negotiation for over two years with Sea To Sea Realty and associated with a local law firm here in Pasadena, Ca. I have closed deals with all the major lenders, currently have files from Florida to the west coast.

Hi Tom,

I'm actually in Greater Los Angeles and Northern Utah... My office is in Studio City, CA. Because of my ties at Chase, BofA and Wells Fargo I can get lists of defaults as little as into their 1st month if I want and have organized door knocking campaigns with Realtors around here. I am not limited to geographical location when I ask for those. We are now talking with some higher ups at BofA to have listings set up for our Realtors but have not finalized that yet and they will come in from many different geographical locations. I'm just not sure if that is going to make sense with our current business model yet as we try to give as much to our Realtors as possible... we charge very little commission even when we refer the listing but will be paying good money for these listings our selves... stay tuned...
