I have one with Everhome and they said no. On mine, they are servicing for Wells Fargo - who won't participate. I even tried calling Wells Fargo myself, and I was told the same thing. It may depend upon who they are servicing for.

If they are HAMP, then they are required to implement HAFA, as this is considered part of HAMP. There is a servicer look up somewhere under www.makinghomeaffordable.com

There is strength in numbers. I have been doing commercial short sales which for the most part were portolio but I have been just beat to a pulp. I have been doing short sales since about 1996 or so before they were so abundant. Back then all the lenders thought I was calling their bluff. I look forward to reading and learning from people and applying it to my daily short sale arsenol. Nice to see your smiling face again.
