I have been a full time Realtor for more than 18 years. Prior to my real estate career, I worked in a short Sale/Foreclosure/Asset Management division of one of the largest banks in the country. This is my 2nd time around in this short sale market, and the majority of my listings are short sales.

Hi Laura, have you had any luck with buyers being able to contribute to the 2nd on with an FHA loan ?? in my case the buyer would get credit (same amount) toward closing costs, but the buyers agent is saying FHA may not allow ANY contribution even though it's being credited back to them off closing... any input would be wonderful, I hate to see this deal that has been 9 mos in the making just fall through and have to look for new buyers without an FHA..... Thanks !!! Amy
