I'm headed there now - wish me luck!!
Did you try JigSaw.com for contacts?
Does anyone have management names/email/phone number to escalate a file? We simply need a 10-day closing extension for a seller who's in China, and the negotiator says NO. HELP!
Sounds like Nationstar provided a SSA before they received approval from the MI company. Since the MI company is requesting a contribution from your client, they no longer qualify for a HAFA SS. You may want to escalate your concerns.
Hi Kevin,
Yes this form was filled out by the sellers.
Thanks,
Cindy
Cindy,
HAFA Approved means you have something like this - http://cbblogestate.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/04/HAFA-SSA.pdf
Is that correct?
Hi Kevin,
It is a HAFA approved short sale and they countered us about 3 weeks ago with $5000 above the offer amount, I submitted comps to confirm the value of the offer and then we received the response from the MI wanting $11,800 in contributions. We do not have an approval on this offer yet.
I hope I am understanding your questions correctly.
Thank you,
Cindy
Cindy,
Do you already have a HAFA SSA in place?
I am the listing agent for this short sale with NationStar, the BPO has been done and all of the financials in place the buyer has be preapproved with NationStar and we have all been waiting for an answer. Last Friday NationStar responded with a demand from the MI company for seller contributions of $11,800, it is not possible for the sellers to come up with the money so they want it on a note for 110 months. This is a HAFA short sale and the sellers were turned down for a loan modification, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Cindy
