I have dealt with Jay Couder on several occasions when he was with Wilshire. He is excellent. I just started an LBPS short sale and look forward to working with him again. Does anyone have an email address for Jay? Or Jay if you read this post please email me at [email protected] .

Great news Jed. My operations manager worked for Wilshire and she is amazing. I am looking to hire another negotiator if anyone knows of someone looking for work in our law office in Vancouver, Wa.

I forgot to mention, that Mr Couder said their staff are experienced and operated as Wilshire Credit Corporation until recently they were acquired by IBM-LBPS. For an article I found go HERE.

Whoa! I had an interesting call this morning. One of the managers at LBPS's Short Sale department called me this morning to assure me they have an experienced and well staffed department. His name is Jay Couder. He gave me his direct number (but asked me not to post it here) and explained their processing times. Sounds infinitely more hopeful than MetLifes dreaded Loss/Mitigation department. He said he will have all of our documentation and by next Tuesday or Wednesday and he said to expect less than a month to get the BPO completed and approvals ready for a close. So if you are having problems, it seems to post your frustrations here and Mr Couder will respond to you in person within a couple of days. :) He told me I can post the correct fax number to their Imaging Department. It is: 877-649-0743. I hope the picture Mr. Couder painted me will be accurate. Good Luck!!

I've been given another Fax# for LBPS. The lady I spoke with said it is their Document Imaging dept. She said fax with attn to "CRT". The number is: 888-917-0529. She said that they don't even have a Loss/Mitigation department organized yet. She also said they would have all the documentation from when my clients loan was at MetLife after the 14th of May. Frustrating. Thats my experience thus far.
